Reyoung Ads Manager is an internal tool operated by Reyoung Clinic (Thailand). It processes only the following data related to people who message our own Facebook Page or Instagram professional account: a page-scoped user ID, the time of the conversation, the advertisement referral identifiers (ad ID, source, type) attached by Meta, and — for our Facebook Page — the account name shown in our conversation list. Message content is never stored. Encrypted backups on Google Drive are deleted after 14 days; see our Privacy Policy.
To request deletion of any data associated with your Facebook or Instagram profile, contact us with the account name you used to message us:
We will delete all stored identifiers linked to your profile within 30 days and confirm by reply.
